The knowledge and competence of our employees, as well as the trust of our customers, are ENEA Group’s greatest assets. Enabling professional development of our employees allows us to effectively utilize human resources, build the potential of the organization, and guarantee the high quality of work provided. ENEA Group does not have a common training policy in place. Employee training programs are carried out in individual companies in the areas of management competence, language, soft skills, as well as hard or technical skills. Specialized (open and closed) training courses designed strictly to satisfy the needs of a particular area or employee, e-learning, consulting, coaching, group workshops, financing of postgraduate and MBA studies, participation in conferences and industry events and, last but not least, the implementation of ambitious projects are just some of the tools we use to improve the skills of our employees.
The comprehensive development approach developed within the Group is based on the organization of general corporate activities targeted at different employee groups, as well as activities targeted at individuals. Thanks to them, we are able to implement strategic plans, achieve ambitious goals and maintain our position as a leader in the labor market.

Skills development is focused on supporting the Group's business objectives. Specialized training is designed to meet the needs of a specific functional area. We develop both industry-specific skills that are unique to our industry, as well as specialized skills, which are required to perform the duties of a particular position. Employees also have the opportunity to grow professionally by taking part in ambitious projects. Our approach to human resources management is based on our efforts to develop the most desirable skills among our employees.
In 2022, managers participated in the training entitled “Managers with Good Energy”. The workshop provided an opportunity to learn about and discuss the latest trends in building engagement and managing team performance. We also take care of newly hired employees by offering them adaptation training. The library of training materials for employees, available in the Development Zone on the Group’s intranet, was enlarged in 2022.
